  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

2. Return Period:

  • You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full purchase value.
  • D’Keera Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Inspection and Refund:

  • If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
